FHA Facts

1)  FHA appraisals must be done by Certified or General Appraisers.

This means as of October 1st, 2009, any FHA appraisal MUST be completed by at least a Certified Residential Appraiser.  Licensed and Trainees can not do your FHA appraisals anymore!

2)  You CAN talk to your FHA Appraiser!

HVCC rules don't apply.  Once you order your appraisal with fhaamctexas.com, we will forward you your appraisers name/number and you will have DIRECT CONTACT with him/her until you receive your appraisal.

3)  Good Turnaround Times...Unlike HVCC!

The fact that you directly in contact with your appraiser means that you don't have to go through a 3rd party...which always slows things down!  You can finally have enough time to close your loans instead of constantly extending yourf locks!

4)  Appraisers that Actually do a Great Job!

We've all heard the expression that you get what you pay for.  What most people don't know is that most HVCC's take 40% or more of the appraiser's fee.  That means there is no incentive for a qualified appraiser to take the job leaving you with less qualified appraisers who don't know your market.

With FHAAMCTexas.com appraisers...they get full fees which means you get fully qualified appraisers who know how to do the job right because they have an incentive to do so!
